Antoinette brings to Caring Heart over twenty years of experience in the sphere of the nursing home industry. As a teenager, she always had a passion for seniors and volunteered as a companion to the elders at St. Ignatius and Mercy Douglas Nursing Home. The majority of her adult years were spent working in various nursing homes as a Business Office Manager, Admissions Director and Regional Director of Case Management. She knows first hand how difficult it is to place a loved one in a nursing home because she experienced the process with her father. Her expertise, compassion, and love for people extend to residents, families, physicians and social workers to make the admissions process smooth and effortless. Outside of Caring Heart, Antoinette is an Ordained Minister, Loving Wife and a Care-Giver to her Elderly Mother.
